Her link is from the US copyright office. Its a pdf of a pamphlet that encourages you to register your work with them.
However, I do not think they would care much for Emilys "work" as it amounts to no more than scribbles a child could easily surpass.

Definitely. She's just a master manipulator at this point and is able to fool people like an MD. The benefit patients are trying to get is called "secondary gain", and it's presence is what distinguishes malingering from other conditions where a patient may come in with symptoms and have normal tests.
