Nope, Its always been the entire West, North and outer South East (think Dandenong) that are the shit parts of Melbourne. The only nice areas left are most of the inner South East/East (Brighton and Toorak) and the outer North East (Templestowe) due to all the rich White boomers living there. Outer East still has some nicer suburbs as its a relatively White part of Melbourne, strangely enough even Frankston is decent these days despite its Eshay problem, its still relatively very White compared to surrounding hellhole suburbs full of Jeets and Islamic Terrorists like Dandenong and Cranbourne.
