I hope that since it's Disney and they are used to entitled cluster B nightmares and manchildren, the waiter isn't in trouble. They will have calculated in a certain amount of comped food and drinks, since it's worth it for them to avoid customers complaining loudly or having a full blown freak-out.

Yeah, I'm sure Nick specifically targets bigger, more corporate restaurant chains for specifically this reason.

They have the larger scale PR awareness to just smother these controversies before they go anywhere and Nick has an easy victim video to upload.

I'm sure Nick would love to ruin some smaller, family owned restaurant if he could. He probably could. But it'd be a big risk. It could go either way. If he comes off looking like he's bullying some poor mexican ESL waiter, the woke brigade could turn on him. The woke brigade is capricious.
