He wants to control the narrative and he wants to seem dangerous. Neither of which will ever happen. That's why he continues to threaten lolsuits, claim everyone is fucked once he launches his lolsuits, and claims that interactions have happened that never have. He thinks that his landlord is going to agree with him filing for eminent domain and thinks that Hardin is going to settle with him. Tom has talked with neither of these people

What ¡Tom! believes is that the supposed Sabrina event was somehow okay because, among other things:

  • Sabrina was allegedly an "emancipated" teenager [regardless of the fact that even an "emancipated" teen still cannot legally consent to sexual activity with adults]
  • Was allegedly "fully" mature [whatever that's supposed to mean in this specific context]
  • Her parents were allegedly "absentee" parents
  • She'd been "giving herself" [presumably, sexually] to a 20-something "punk rocker" that called himself "Raven" [though, I suspect, not this Raven]
  • She'd been engaged in some sort of sexual congress with his alleged girlfriend/live-in roommate "Megan", also a twenty or thirty-something
  • That US age-of-consent laws don't necessarily match up with those in other places in the world [mostly shithole countries]
  • That this supposed event, which he has described as a "really beautiful moment" [between a twenty-eight year old hobo and a fifteen year old child runaway] was "non-coital"
  • And, finally, that it happened in 1982
What he wants is to go before a court and basically adjudicate that the whole rotten matter [which I, for the record, believe was more than likely just a fantasy he dreamed up about this girl who may have, at best, been a passing acquaintance], was "harmless" due his belief that she really wasn't a child, despite her age, and the above factors and attempt to make anyone and everyone who has ever expressed any form of disapproval about either the alleged act or his callous commentary regarding it over the past fifteen years since he first put it out there in a public discussion forum [and which has since been discussed on numerous websites and social media outlets and which has led to him facing due criticism from countless people over that entire timeframe] out to be the real "perverts" and/or "pedophiles".

its fucking hilarious tom thinks he has some power to ruin anyones reputation. if hardin went to your hovel and blew your pedophile brains out with a 12ga, it wouldnt hurt his reputation. he would probably walk away with 500k in fundraised money and a medal.
