I am quite sure you can't just intentionally ruin the event because of low sales. You have got a long list of people who will be left out of pocket on this. Not just the fighters. Catering, security, personnel, workmen to set up the ring. Vendors i know for a fact have to prepare months in advance for events. Instead of taking a small loss. Now they might get a legal loss as all these people want their check.

Honestly this is probably the best move. Finding 4000 retards to buy tickets in LA is really easy, and they only need one or two noteable fighters to make it happen. Make it a smaller, "more intimate" event with solid production and it will go down without a hitch, most likely completely unmemorable outside of clickbait for the fighters involved. It could work.
