I was about to post how this is arguably BS because I knew gay kids in highschool that more or less did this and they weren't ostracized for it. But then I realized the other very blatant lie about John specifically.

John very famously has awful fashion and only started, if we're being very generous with language, "trying" to pass in the last year or so. Otherwise, his idea of fashion was throwing on the same black dress and snarling while out in the public. I'm pretty sure he even admitted not too long ago how he'd just started getting into makeup and fashion and never had time for it before because he was so busy being an award winning journalist/game dev/war hero/president of the world/moon scientist/space commander.

And even while trying to embrace a more "feminine" lifestyle, John's interests are still predominately masculine. The only thing he even remotely tries to claim as feminine is "being catty" which is just his excuse when he gets called out for talking shit behind people's back. I'd bet good money if you took Wu's general interest tweets and blindly showed them to someone they'd guess it was a guy posting them.

Not to say that girls can only be interested in XYZ, but John is the one making the claim he has "girly" interests but, despite being someone who lives on Twitter and constantly talks about all aspects of his life, I can't recall him ever talking about liking anything that was particularly feminine. Hell, that's including Wu's fake LARP life as well, and given that he's happy to pretend to be part of everything else under the sun, you'd think it'd have come up at least a few times. I think at most, he alluded to playing with dolls or something as a kid, but even that feels like it was a recent lie and it's never particularly elaborated on in the same way that he talks about cars or gaming or even sports.
