Kandiyohi was ordered by a judge to release the footage and now they're in damage control. The sheriff outright said he did not intend to comply with the judge's order until a local big law firm sent him a letter, and they have the clout in the state to actually intimidate.

We then asked the Department of Administration to rule and they also issued an opinion that the sheriff should comply. He said he would decide that to do on the 2nd.

Now, the prosecutor is jumping in to help. Seems like the county conspiracy does exist, but not to hurt that poor little crackhead.
Null, is there a copy of the Judge's order you can post?

Nick's cope stream tomorrow must be recorded. Please.
More projection. He's probably too high on galaxy gas right now to remember why criticism of a person's voice is at the front of his mind, but if he comes down a bit he'll realize it's because everyone is spotting him whenever he huffs based on that.

I really can’t call it. Ralph and Null both tempted fate, but Nick seems to be really trying to quash it and is angrily spazzing out.

Either way we get milk. @AnOminous I feel like Nick will play word games if pressed, but his default when angry at someone is to call them a pedophile. I wonder if he’ll try to use that as a defense in the Montegraph case.

So why did Rekieta seem so agitated when he ended the stream earlier?
The county seems keen to block the bodycams which seems like good news for him unless I'm misunderstanding something.
Probably forced to be a father for once, I dare not mention who he would be driving, as the watchful eyes of Rackets might have a melty if I say the k word.

This is the fag saying that Null "chimps out" and "throws tantrums" btw:

More projection from red-faced seething Rackets? Many such cases!
Nickre-enacting dick to floor ratio classy.

Also I've been hearing "I've seen footage" for the past week but my brain tells me "iVE GOT FOOTAGE IVE GOT FOOTAGE IIIVE GOOOOT FOOTAGE" so thanks brain -love pinky.

Simple, Nick is mischaracterizing the high interest in the footage as a means of predating and harassing his children. The simple folks in small town MN cannot grasp the nature of retard internet drama.
Nick's literally shown his daughter uncensored on stream multiple times after years of keeping her as hidden as possible, what is he talking about?

I kind of expected this to be fair, considering the amount of money the Balldo Crime Family has and regularly throws around everyone is chomping at the bit to get at least a ladle for themselves from that gravy train, or to protect the ladle they already scooped up.

Are you able to share the order and the opinion, or point us towards them if they are publicly available?

Maybe that's why Bob and Celeste still support Nick.

Lmao. I like him bitching about me in the only way he can. He rarely acknowledges me because he knows I know that I own his punk ass in any way imaginable and if it came up to a fistfight or a wordfight I'd own him in both.
@AnOminous likes children. That's why he wants them to be happy, safe and well fed so they can enjoy their carefree years. Unlike Nicholas Rekieta who wants children to be hungry, dirty, poisoned with drugs and exposed to absolutely degenerate lifestyle of their drug-addicted and cucked parents.

So why did Rekieta seem so agitated when he ended the stream earlier?

two theories:
1) it's unrelated. the chance of two things being unrelated---one worth golating about, like the favorable move by the prosecutor, one worth dreading, like pissing hot or divorce or PO troubles or whatever people are theorizing---happening at the same time are i think pretty low.
2) the motion is only a partial win for rekieta. he asked for a mile from the prosecutor and only got an inch. whatever the prosecutor says in that motion is ALL he has on his side to fight against its release (or sue after the fact). so he could be pissed because he asked for an ironclad solution but the prosecutor's amendment is only a half measure that might not work.
