This could be quite amusing. If he was already complaining before of being contractually obligated to do Locals streams, imagine now being required by Big Daddy Government to stream at least 6–7 hours per day on weekdays.
I don't know Nick's arrangement with the court, but in a couple of analogous situations I'm aware of, the calculation for being 'gainfully employed' was a formula that factored in cost of living per child, local prevailing wages, and travel considerations. If his arrangement is anything like that, they're looking at an income-per-month number to be reported by him. This is problematic for Nick given his dwindling viewer numbers and declining supertip/chats. If the trend continues we might see him online all day, ever more aggressively hunting for tips.

Imagine probation requirements forcing Nick's transformation into DSP.

HE'S BLUE! HIS HANDS ARE BLUE! HE'S DYING!

LET'S GET SOME SUUUUUBBBBBBSSSSSSSSS!!!!

Does anyone know if his parole officer can felt him? I remember the detective in his case saying that he knew Nick was on drugs due to Nicks behavior on his videos and the "white substance" on his nose. Look how that all turned out.

Is doing chronic amounts of whippets allowed under his parole conditions?

I really wonder if cops screwed up something the house search. Nothing that would invalidate the evidence, but something that would look at least unprofessional. And as such want to hide it.

Which only means there is very much greater reasons for it to be public.
It would be hilarious if there's evidence on the bodycam of Nick's civil liberties being violated, but he's such a bad lawyer, and was too high at the time to remember, so he's spent the last year trying to sandbag the one thing that could have saved his defense.
