The Judge approved the request minutes ago. The Prosecutor personally walked this up to the Judge to get it done within an hour of the court opening, because the court knew that 3 women were going to the courthouse first thing in the morning to get the notes.

We're going to sue, but this is a frustrating setback.

I don't think the approval is a surprise, but I really think they are going to struggle to undo the prior decisions on the release.

From what I gather, it is actually already considered public, even if it has yet to be officially turned over.
