There was a incident that happened in Arizona where a mother was arrested at a city council meeting for criticizing members of the city council (which the city council prohibited in their bullshit bylaws). The charges were laughed out of court, and she's suing. Google "Rebecca Massie, Surprise, AZ."

Could be some sort of nitrous gas or co2 tank used to brew and store whiskey, which would go along with the whiskey brewing mentions, items and documentation.
There just something hilarious about rakieta turning his home into a decedent nurgle cave so he can consume more alcohol.

I found that particular image extremely haunting. Its not JUST that they were coke animals living in a trap house. The way the whole house is described as being full of empty and maybe half-empty liquor bottles is absolutely horrifying. Its clear that the entire house was full of liquor within easy immediate access of any of the children. And none of them cared enough to even clean up any of it.

Kayla also comes across as among the worst of mothers. Everything in the document suggests a sad cult-like loyalty to Nick and no particular concern about her children at all.
