The bodycam footage was originally entered into evidence on behalf of APRIL, who was being tried separately, in relation to Nick's claims her statements were not admissible because she did not receive her Miranda rights.

Therefore, how is it possible that NICK got the evidence removed, when it directly harms the possible defense of a separate unrelated defendant in the case.
