MNDES is the digital evidence system. You can upload items you expect to use as evidence before they are offered in court and then accepted/ admitted into evidence by the Court. I have a theory that what Nick said about what his daughter said about the Nanny might not be untrue, in the sense that the daughter might have said it since her small mind was trying to rationalise her father's degenerate behaviour and somehow blame the nanny.
