Right, but stimulants are actually way more dangerous for a guy in the same situation as evidenced by a simple thought experiment. So imagine you fuck up and score some oxys and you crush em up and snort em down. You're probably gonna zone out for a while and then eventually pass out/fall asleep. If you take a lot you just pass out hard, could die - probably not tho. as long as you wake up tomorrow and decide not to use again you're cool. Stimulants have a self catalyzing bender effect where you can stay up for days binging and then crash out, and wake up stung out and fucked up and already hafl addicted to whatever you were binging on. The nature of them makes it way easier for it to get out of control.
U gay logs are not nearly libertarian enough to understand substance "abuse". Addiction is a big government lie, like the "holocaust". Enjoy poverty stalker.

Yes.

There's more coming. They're both very indignant about the whole thing. Hardin is a foia attorney at heart and this is basically his passion in law.
The entire situation is just fucking bizarre. It has to be a completely bespoke legal situation. the lawyers I work with would be knocking down the door and screaming at these people to cut this shit out, apologize, and immediately establish a timeline to hand the records over. No rational person would engage in this shit if they weren't being directly ordered to make retarded legal decisions by political leadership.

Jack Murphy is many things, but at least he didn't give his children cocaine.
Nick's definitely in the top tier of despicable lolcows on here

Only beaten by confirmed pedophiles like Nick Bates and Amos Yee

I'd argue he's worse than Chris Chan because Chris didn't have any children he beat and forced to live in a hoarder hell house

The fire rises

apologies for the dumb question but if wentzell signed off on removing it as evidence then why would he be motivated to sign off on putting back in? is it assumed that he would make some argument and refuse to sign off and an appeals judge will see this and bring down the hammer? or is there a chance he would sign off on it? i'm assuming he knows about the situation and so there's nothing in the motion that would be news to wentzell re: Hardin trying to get the bodycam. unless he's clueless about the context and was just deferring to the prosecutor/sherriff's office.

I was discussing this, and at this point my input is not relevant. I don't think I'm a party to any of this anymore. It's Hardin and Bromke now and they call the shots. The Zugzwang they're setting up is probably something that almost never happens in litigation history, because most cases are between two parties, and in this instance the antagonist is that government. I'm actually really excited because it's going up make a great story. I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up on big YouTube channels eventually.

I have a feeling between this, the Monty case, and the Greer case (which Nick is oh so hoping the Farms loses just to spite Null), Nick is gonna learn to REALLY hate Hardin.

And that's beautiful. :story:
I'll write Nick's next tweet for him
"Hardin lives in an RV in the woods because he can lure little girls there!"
