however, i can understand why you'd hate Ian more than Anisa for this reason. for me, i think DarkSydePhil is a good comparison. Ian (and Anisa, but talking about Ian) and DSP have been the two lolcows i've paid the most attention to recently, and i was thinking about which one i dislike more. and even with how delusional, manipulative, and obnoxious Phil is, i think Ian is worse for the sole reason that we've seen hes capable of being a reasonable person. Not sure what you see a class action for. Ticketmasters dropping auto-refunds, so unless that fails to come through the ticketholders have been made whole. The event never offered any warranty for travel, accomodation, etc, they just sold tickets. If you're stuck with non-refundable flights or deposits, sucks to be you, but the event never mandated any of that or profited off of any of that. If the part where it said "We'll be processing refunds as soon as we got the money back from the event organizers" ends up as "they didn't give us the money back so we can't refund you" then its more likely that Ticketmaster refunds them out of pocket themselves, and CC3 gets absolutely annihilated in court by Ticketmaster for fucking them over.

And the fighters wouldn't go Class Action, they're not an uncoordinated general group. If they wanted to sue as a collective, they could just go do that normally and file together.

Agreed. Stop defending people's bad actions with mental illnesses because they always use it as an excuse to harm others. There are psychopaths who cannot feel empathy but choose not to let that affect their actions. There are people with BPD who choose not to abuse others. There are depressed people with suicidal thoughts who refuse to end their lives.

Mental illness is not a get out of jail free card. They can still do their best to get help and be a kind person, even if it's hard.

Just say that they used their fame and their platform to promote the event and the event wouldn't even exist without them and most people in their position would take a salary regardless of the success so this 34% stake is actually really noble and shows dedication to the cause. It's easy to argue why two people who were basically the main driving force of the event get a total of 34% profit share. That's really only 17% per person.

Obviously a lot of those statements fall flat now considering they did a bad job promoting the event and they are responsible for ruining it, Plus they're previous event failed horrifically. But that's what people like Ethan would have argued.

The fact the fucking thread has been going seven years automatically means what you're doing isn't working for you. Some cows get this. I don't think Anisa ever will.

That's the thing about narcissists.
