I am not intimidated by their threats either. We also have consulted a lawyer and will counter sue as your public display is very unprofessional and we have screen shots of you making fun of my weight with the same haters you are listening to.
The law states that you cannot accept fraudulent donations. We have proof that we spent those donations on vet care and supplies. Also, i offered to refund so also not a scam since the people who superchatted said not to return them but to use them for what I want. It is not possible for a person to know every single penalty code and
law in a country. We were trying to do a good thing and for those making this worse you are disgusting human beings I hope you know that. Asking them to take Julia. On what grounds? She was not from street and good luck you will take her over my dead body.

If you earmark funds for a specific charitable purpose, you better make damn sure that is what all of the funds are clearly used for and you refund any excess without any prompting.

yeah,i wouldn't be worried about some silly little case over collecting donations for a street cat, either.
however. i would be very, very worried about local authorities sniffing into my sketchy visa status and marriage in a country where cohabitating before marriage is illegal, and women's rights are abysmal.
like i personally hope they do look into it and just deport her, it would be for the best.
likely nothing will come of any of it, though. sand people seem to be all bluster and bravado and clearly do not care at all about the hordes of sickly, starving animals or visa violators roaming in their land of garbage, malls. and car horns.
