They're supposed to stop questioning you immediately after you assert your right to remain silent. If you start talking to them again after that without them having questioned you about anything it can be treated as a waiver of that right but it depends on the exact circumstances.Not a lawyer fag but don't you have to re-assert your right to a lawyer and if you start yapping again then it's counted as waving your rights?
