Sorry for a minor circling back to a topic from a little while ago...

I just had a thought about this, the work Alex Rosen has been doing to catch these mutants.
I remember his earlier stuff, getting into fights with the pedos, roughing 'em up really, and his explanation which surprised me for its creativity: by turning the confrontation physical the police are vastly more likely to show up and look at the evidence presented to them, and so it actually resulted in a few arrests of the actual pedos. But there also were complaints that most of these cases would fall through, and that he was essentially interfering with police & FBI catching the freaks (which I can't agree with as the police obviously weren't doing enough).

Anyway, my question:
I notice now that the police usually seem to be working with him. They're showing up every time. Does anyone know if there's an explanation of how that came to be? Is he calling up different police stations, seeing if they'll work with him?
It's a wonderful development.
