Rekieta has so many enemies and ill-wishers, all created by his own behavior, that all of this is inevitable. Nick snatches defeat from the jaws of victory every time. All he had to do was be smug and not do anything. Instead he did the stream to very little fanfare and pissed off people who want to correct his misinformation. He also showed himself as being weak enough for parasites like EVS to use him as cover for their own failings. All his online 'friends' are waiting for their turn.

I think he'd have to do something constituting the practice of law. The "small law firm" shit is on pretty thin ice, though, especially since the "law firm" is defunct and a "law firm" must be owned by an actual licensed lawyer. The OLPR may take a dimmer view of it, though.
