Inactive Richard "Lowtax" Kyanka - Deadbeat (emphasis on "Dead") founder of Something Awful, forced out of his own community, on his second divorce, stuck his dick in crazy, "Birth Giver"

RIP Lowtax, if you meet the lord tell him ya done died a bitch.

A picture is worth a thousand self-pitying words, he could have just sent this:

Lowtax probably lied to Richard Sr. - his Dad drove him to the psych, Lowtax walks into the office building, obviously upset about the 200k judgment, and then walks back out, reporting to his Dad that the doc advised he “couldn’t be seen with such a high BP” or some such nonsense. The reality is that Lowtax had decided to off himself and needed an excuse to get dropped off at home.

medications, glass smoking pipe, snacks, energy drink cans
Richard was an infamously lazy slob who was given every opportunity to change his life for the better, but instead he chose to live out his final days like a degenerative addict. Truly sad.

That vindictive section about fucking over Dana Outlaw and the judge is so pathetic, and the fact that he barely mentions his daughters or mother who was literally fucking over Dana Outlaw is gross on so many levels.

last i checked, they were this - and insufferable to an impressive degree
What happend I think was during the obama election people on both sides bet that they account would get banned if the other sides guy one. You can pay $10 to get it unbanned. When obama won a large amount of righters were banned and people just did not care to pay to get the account back. This then lead the site being super left wing, Hbomber is from there.

If you didn't know that Lowtax was a deadbeat cheat his entire adult life then parts of this letter might elicit sympathy. Mostly I feel awful for his kids, especially his eldest daughter. Good riddance to his batshit mother, though. I'm sure she's picking up his dirty briefs in Hell as we speak.
This is why I will sometimes argue with pronatalism users on this forum. If you don’t think you can give a child a decent upbringing due to whatever circumstances hang over you that hardly means you can’t live worthwhile life.

Ethan Ralph and Lowtax reproduced, and may their offspring have decent lives. But they really shouldn’t have.

Not when you had that money mentally earmarked for drugs and booze. Also he had no income at all, no assets and had blown all his cash. He would have had to get a normal job, and he would rather ventilate his skull than give up his druggie lifestyle or become an adult.

Crazy to think that he likely could have found someone to sell SA to for 200k easily. Even if it was just a ad selling entity and with his skill set of running it/writing for it gotten a comfortable, if modest, consulting gig.

The first part comes across as almost sympathetic, then I got to the "PS" and I was reminded why people hate this guy.

He sold it for 450k to a forums goon called "Jeffrey of YOSPOS", he then went and pissed the money away on stupid shit. You have to understand that Lowtax could not hold onto money to save his life. Literally. Supposedly he was offered 15 million for the forums in 2006 and turned it down. That seems like a bad decision, but if you understand addict mindset he was better off getting drip fed a smaller amount of money across 15 years then he would have been getting a huge payday all at once.

He did sell it, for $450,000, about 18 months before he an-heroed, to one of the site's mods who was a crypto bro. He deliberately spent $200,000 of it on tranny hookers and gatcha games so that he wouldn't have to pay it to his ex-wife; the rest was frozen by order of the court to stop him spending any more (and to make him pay Dana Outlaw, the Guardian ad Litem who he also owed over $50,000) . That's the $200,000 he's kvetching about, because he big-brained thought that if he spent it all the judge wouldn't ask him to come up with it. There's plenty of precedent for deadbeat ex-husbands having to come up with money they tried to spend away (something that came up in this thread at the time), and his lawyer would have told him that, telling him to stop spending, but Lowtax knew better of course. That's probably why he's complaining about his lawyer yelling at him, he was probably trying to explain to Lowtax how stupid he was being.
