This dude is a flat-out sociopath and shows a complete lack of situational concern (was going to say situational awareness, but he seems AWARE of what's going on, just doesn't care, beyond the fact that the sting is inconvenient). Hell, he doesn't even seem that intimidated by Alex's size, which is almost always the would-be molester's first reaction; was it anyone smaller than Alex, or even if there were just fewer people there, I wouldn't be surprised if Our Hero got physical, either by bolting or by attacking. His poor brother sounds like the kind of guy who will have a bunch of kids, too, so it's only a matter of time before this fucking scumbag starts raping (assuming he hasn't already; with how casual and ready he was in the first few minutes, I gotta wonder if this isn't a common occurrence already)
