I read the pages she cited, and partially agree with her reasoning, it does seem rather heavy handed in it's protectionism for AI technologies. It looks to be more about not letting states be able to target AI projects they disagree with, which is in line with the current admin wanting dramatic increases in US abilities and increased technological evolution. We'd all like separate bills, but putting everything together is the only real way to force the issue and actually proceed with what is viewed as an important advancement. Wish she would actually talk about that instead of just hurr muh states rights, and I'm one of those retards who is a states rights cuck.

I somewhat wonder if Elon is being set up to be an attack dog by the administration against the GOP Establishment who are pushing things like this current bill. While I don't think Trump is some kind of supergenius who is always 40 steps ahead, it's obvious he likes to play things in a more strategic manner, where he says he supports something, but has people in his administration (or connected to it) rally people against it, then he does a heel-turn and forces what he originally wanted. So far I'm only seeing Elon throw shade at the Congressional GOP, and not Trump himself, so I don't think they're really "fighting" as others have said.

Just glancing at Twitter, he has said jack shit about his former boss. He specifically calls out the GOP and those that vote for it. Could that include Trump? Maybe? But at the same time Trump also gave him a nice farewell. Like its a very asshole move to do a turn like that.

Now do i think he's being set up? No. But he may work like one due to his rampant autism. Could be bad or good.

Nah, he's not sucking Elon's cock. He just thinks he's being clever by telling Trump's base that he agrees with Elon.
