Yeah I was too quick to post and corrected the point being that the penalty itself will be happening at a minimum, and that guarantee of there being at least some damages would trigger Aaron having to reimburse all of Kayla's Nick's Celeste's attorney fees, which is where it quickly gets well beyond anything Aaron could ever afford.

The only stroke of luck to hope for is that when Nick goes to Celeste begging her to fund this debacle, he fails to convince her that Aaron has any non-exempt assets and she concludes that a judgment for attorney fees wouldn't be a worthwhile investment.
