Who the fuck knows lol its hilarious to me that anybody thinks they can ascertain what happened at a hearing that, while public, hardly anybody commenting on it actually witnessed. I didn't watch all of Destiny's coverage of it, so somebody can correct me if I'm wrong, but best as I can tell, all we have to go on is Destiny's recounting of what happened, and the recounting of a DGGer who attended who is obviously bought into his community. I also just need to comment on the absurdity of you believing that a court hearing went a certain way based purely on like counts on internet posts - not sure if that was intentional or not.So did the hearing go well for Destiny or not?
I can't help but notice the like counts for recent posts are low which leads me to believe that it did.
Seems like DGG is also celebrating this as a victory.
Is DGG's reaction to Destiny saying the hearing went well really all that different than their reaction when he published his initial manifesto on the situation, or when the court denied the request for a TRO? They do this every time he makes a public statement on the case indicating something positive happened, all while suggesting the case is obviously going to be dismissed any day now for months. For reasons that should be obvious, I don't trust Destiny's recounting of what happened, I don't think he has the knowledge, analytical skills, or objectivity to even evaluate the judge's questioning or comments, or Pxie's testimony, and I think the same thing is probably true about the DGGer who attended and took notes. Until a transcript or written opinion gets published, its next to impossible to tell how the hearing went given the quality of the commentary we have to go on. This is truly the blind leading the blind, except in this case half of the blind people also just happen to be functionally retarded.
