I also just need to comment on the absurdity of you believing that a court hearing went a certain way based purely on like counts on internet posts - not sure if that was intentional or not.

Is DGG's reaction to Destiny saying the hearing went well really all that different than their reaction when he published his initial manifesto on the situation, or when the court denied the request for a TRO? They do this every time he makes a public statement on the case indicating something positive happened, all while suggesting the case is obviously going to be dismissed any day now for months. For reasons that should be obvious, I don't trust Destiny's recounting of what happened, I don't think he has the knowledge, analytical skills, or objectivity to even evaluate the judge's questioning or comments, or Pxie's testimony, and I think the same thing is probably true about the DGGer who attended and took notes.
