I think is good to remembre some stuff.
1.- Destiny's lawyers are actual rabid dogs, they REALLY know how to act in cases like this, Pxie's lawyers are like chihuahuas compared to them.
2.- Pxie went radio silent yesterday regarding the case, although obviously Destiny is probably exaggerating things, I think the chance of things going his way yesterday are kinda high, specially with good lawyers.
3.- They asking to file under seal, looks bad for pxie.

not a lawyer but those proposed orders have been tacked onto the end of most of Pxie's motions, i think they're just little writeups her lawyers do to make it very easy for the judge to grant their motions, they do all the work for them by pre-drafting the acceptance document, the judge literally just has to sign his name and date

And aside from that, especially for those people in the thread that are newer to what's going on, the lawsuit Destiny is facing has nothing to do with his "guilt". His guilt for sharing sexually explicit material without consent of the parties involved has already been established. He's said so himself, and the screenshots of it have been posted here multiple times.

He won't be found "guilty"or "innocent" of anything, but just whether his actions warrant paying Pxie financial damages. This is a civil case not a criminal one.

This means that even if he's ultimately found not liable for damages it doesn't mean he's not guilty of being a disgusting sex pest.

The whole "guilt" thing is a 40 IQ footsolider narrative that Destiny has sold his cult so they can believe the outcome of this case is going to exonerate him in some way because he needs his most loyal followers to stick around.

Chad White, 38, of Houma was arrested in Terrebonne last week after sheriff's investigators determined White was allegedly showing nude images of a woman to others without her consent, according to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office.

White, reportedly a lieutenant, was fired May 28, the same day he was arrested, according to a Facebook post from the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff's Office. He was released from jail a day later after posting a $50,000 bond, according to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office.

While investigating the alleged sharing of the nude images, Terrebonne Parish investigators learned White may be connected to a possible molestation case in Lafourche Parish and alerted that parish sheriff's office.
