This kid has a horrible history with this fandom. They post some of the most horrific fanart I've ever seen and of course this attracted the most depraved among the blmatsus to their account. They got outted as a 15 year old towards the beginning of the year actually but no one really dropped assocation with them or cared and months later, an adult blmatsu tweeted about how she was masterbating on her period and decided it was perfectly fine to publically send said minor pictures of her bloody crouch along with a crudely drawn image of osomatsu on her thigh made with the blood upon being asked about it by them. Hence, periodmatsu was born. This caused an outrage with some fans but surprisingly enough, nearly no one within her close friend circle said or did anything about it and allowed her to play victim. She's since remade after being outted on cringematsu and being mercilessly harassed by outside of the fandom (I believe her @ is touosos now) but, believe it or not, she got a lot of support and a blmatsu by the name of Kelly went on to make an absolute batshit thread about how antis are misogynistic and period blood art has been around for centuries so no one had the right to be disgusted. When told by an 'anti' that the main issue was the fact that the pictures had been shared with a 15 year old, she locked and I'm not sure what became of the thread.
This minor has also associated with stinky before and went on to post a complete guide allegedly found on the deep web on how to rape cats and dogs, then admitted to once trying to finger their pet cat out of curiosity. Caps were posted on cringematsu but the mod allegedly agreed to delete them if said minor would put their age in their bio to let others know that they were having sexually charged conversation with a 15 year old on a near daily basis. They listened, but only for a while- after losing a few mutuals and being told by a blmatsu who goes by pinfleur that minors lie about their age online all the time and it's perfectly normal, they removed it again, thus restarting the cycle of predatory adults flirting with them or sharing their kinky osomatsu headcanons and then claiming to have never known their age after being outted.
The last person I can think of who acted inappropriately with them besides chelsea and matsufiend is this blmatsu who has a fetish for tanned, hyper beefed up karamatsu
