She hasn’t shown a single symptom of a eating disorder or anything close to anorexic behaviour.

It’s not something that kills you like the plague you retard. As people have mentioned you can live with anorexia for a long time and survive.

The issue of death comes from organ failure, a fall, bone density permanently deteriorating, mouth heath, cancer from the vomit that might have been regularly coming out.

The disorder is entirely crippling and life deteriorating. It isn’t something most people actually get over either. Most will live forever trying to regulate themselves to have a semi decent food intake.

I’ve genuinely had people close to me suffer deeply and hearing their struggles makes me even more upset she’d use something like that to fuck someone over. None of the people I know would even have told the significant people in the midst of their illness, that’s kind of the whole sickness. People hide it, and would never let it affect another persons life as that draws attention.

It’s not something the hospital could, or would ever hold you over for an emergency.
