Totally different kind of clerk. Also Alito and Gorsuch don't even participate in the cert. pool.

Again, totally different kind of clerk. The Clerk of Court is someone who actually runs the whole court. A law clerk is merely working for one judge, reading the briefings, and summarizing and analyzing them. The judge can then either ignore that entirely, or treat it as an executive summary, or agree with it, or even adopt language from it in the final opinion.

Law clerks are recent graduates with high academic qualifications if they got one of the highly coveted federal clerkships. Also the judge probably personally took a liking to someone chosen as a clerk. So that's more that the judge is incensed that someone is bullying the judicial equivalent of a teacher's pet.

I know this is getting off on a bit of a tangent. But, The Clerk of Court, are they usually a lawyer, paralegal, etc... or just an administrator with tons of experience?

I may not understand what exactly makes Clerks of Court so feared but I choose to believe it's because they control Gygaxian trap gauntlets full of whirling saws, bottomless pits, poison dart barrages and high-level undead they can order litigants to brave each time they want to file anything.
That would be a better outcome but yeah.

But the real thing is they keep a fucking maze operational when basically every single cog in it is so far up their own ass they need to open their mouth to see what's going on. They do NOT want people fucking up the balance.

Exhibit D is a banger. "Matthew is pro hac vice who's credentials I'm skeptical about."

There goes Greer lying to the court again, saying that the magistrate said he could subpoena the John Does.
I sincerely believe this faggot doesn't know what pro hac vice means, and thinks it's basically an insult, like he makes pro se to be.

What could have possessed him to send this at 4:30 AM? Crack? Cocaine? Crack cocaine?
ahhahaha someone go cross-reference posts in the threads around that time, I wouldn't put it past greeeeeee to be hatereading the thread and get pissed and go for a "I'll show those little fuckers" subpoena.

Also grats2greeee for spelling subpoena right (even I am temped to spell it supeena) and then mispelling his name,

I sincerely hope the magistrate or judge agrees with Mr. Hardin and Greee ends up owing another $720 for time wasted by Hardin.

To which Greee will just say he's too broke, or the amount is too high, or that he can't touch his savings, or that it shouldn't matter because the judge hasn't made meanie poo poo moon pay for documents he was ordered to provide so it shouldn't count.

So he wasn't just dumb enough to lie by simply filling out the application for the subpoena, but was dumb enough to actively lie to the clerk when questioned. My expectations for Rusty are pretty low, but even so, god damned that man is retarded.

Mr. Hardin not just sticking the knife in but giving it a little twist on the way out too.

I really do honestly believe that he's not just dumb enough for those things, but he's dumb enough to not realize that he lie and dumb enough to think that not realizing he lied will be an excuse he can use to get out of it.

...And I'm 50/50 on whether the court will be dumb enough to let him get away with it.

I think russ is retarded enough to actually believe some of the bullshit he spews.

He obviously constructs imaginary castles whorehouses in the air to justify his past actions (this whole fucking thing is about a literal book he wrote to do so) but I think he believes in them - and since he needed it to be true that the stay didn't affect inquiring from Null about the Does, he believed it to be so.

(I half suspect that if he had just sent Hardin and Null an email they might have just replied saying "bitch, we ain't got shit, but you're welcome to it", or at least a polite "no". But by making it official the big guns had to be unholstered.)

Also this late nite Utah/midday snack for me is just so gooooooooo

I've noticed this in his other filings and exhibits containing his emails. It seems he's submitting things to the court or sending email in the wee hours of the morning

He has stated in other filings that he has a job now. I'm going to be kind and generous and assume he's being truthful. I will further assume the job spoken of is something other than the Doordash job Russtorian sleuths found last summer. The wee hours of the morning are probably one of the slices of free time he has in his day, either after he gets off work, or when he gets up in the morning before he has to go to work. I would not be surprised if he doesn't work either a late swing shift, or an early morning shift.

A shift during shit hours that most people don't want to work is probably one of the few jobs he could get. Further, because such a job would be so desperate for people as to be willing to hire Greee, this job probably affords him little flexibility in terms of scheduling time off or altering his hours. This is probably part of why he went into a panic about the recent city council meeting overlapping with the court hearing.

Seven hundred and twenty fucking dollars just for this latest little sleight of hand.

He really thinks he can manipulate the clerks into doing something with extremely demonstrably false information and then slag off the opposition to them.

If he wasn't so utterly incapable of wrapping his limp shitlips around the nozzle, I'd swear this fucking moron was huffing nitrous or something.

Since I am retarded, I had to go back and re-read the transcript again to see if there was something we were all missing. It's actually even better than I remembered.

First, the judge clearly spells it out from the very beginning, literally the very first thing he says when the topic of the motion to stay comes up, is this:

Screenshot 2025-06-05 at 11.36.41 PM.webp

"I'm not going to grant it until everybody is served, I'm granting it until the MTD is decided". Right at the start it is clearly spelled out.

Then, Hardin follows that up with:

Twice now it's plain as day what's going on. So what does faglips bring to the table?

Screenshot 2025-06-05 at 11.45.08 PM.webp

"I'm a fucking retard that can't ever figure out how to serve anybody, so if you stay discovery, I'll just issue a subpoena." Christ.

The judge then tells him a third time.

Again, no mystery about what's transpiring. No room for "whoops, I misunderstood because you were confusing". It could not be any clearer.

They then mooooove onnnnn to the IFP stuff, but the judge gets it in there one final time during the summary.

ONE exception, but that exception was most certainly not "discovery to find the John Does" as fuckface claims. As has been said many times here and in his main thread, he literally only hears what he wants to hear. Then he rewrites history in that lumpy head so he can later make completely false claims with pure confidence. It would be fascinating if it wasn't so predictable at this point.

Edit - Fuck me, why are my thumbnails so... un-thumbnailish?... sorry, attempting to fix.
Meh, resizing doesn't do shit on my end. Dunno.
