As per usual, Nick taking the completely incorrect action. The correct action in this situation would have been to just say nothing at all - no-one is obligated to wish good health on people they hate. That being said, actively gloating over their ill health, especially when it's cancer, is never good optics. Nick should've just been silently satisfied in observing the potential downfall of one of his biggest critics, but he just couldn't help himself, the man seemingly cannot differentiate between thoughts that should be internal or external, everything just gets externalised.

Gloating over someones potential cancer is particularly bad if you happen to be trying to rebuild a depleted audience - normies are sensitive to that kind of thing & will likely be turned off by it.
