I'm having the same issue I can't connect using my residential IP, but I can connect using TOR which is kind of retarded.
edit: I think it is browser based as some browsers prevent me from accessing reddit and others don't and I read a comment about being blocked by gamestop and I'm also blocked so I would try switching browers and see what happens.

reddit's admin (not unpaid jannies ) now automatically remove ANYTHING mention kiwifarms.st ,just the home address alone without linked to any content on site will get it removed, including DM and they won't even send you a notification. This was implemented in the past 12 hours.

Don't ask how I found out.
