The fact that this dude is photographing this particular label and posting it to social media during a riot is sublime comedy. It's as if the police just held up a sign which reads "TACTICAL DISTRACTION SIGN", and the protestors all took pictures of it while the Cloaker snuck up behind them with a baseball bat. Obviously that's not what they meant by "distraction device", but that's immediately where my mind went.
