i have a strong feeling a lot of the rise in tism especially in women the last half decade from late diagnosis is because its easier for therapists to bill insurance vs BPD or other cluster B disorders.

I agree. An actual autistic woman would be at a similar disadvantage in society as a severely physically impaired man. Their entire build is based around socialization and social capital.
