It's also a terrible idea to deport cheap labor in favor of expensive domestic labor in areas like construction. As if housing prices weren't high enough already. We're gonna see high interest rates along with increased housing prices.

Listen you little shit, I’ve been reading all day about how Trump hasn’t done enough. It’s been three days and this is the first demonstrating actual violence. Trump has already done an unprecedented thing by mobilizing the National Guard without a governor asking for it, something that hasn’t been done since the 60s. He has the marines on standby. The only injuries have been to rioters and I think one police officer. Federal buildings, officers, and ICE operations are safe. There isn’t a reason for Trump to go further, yet. The political fallout for this is falling on Bass and Newsom, and their efforts to spin this as Trump’s fault have failed. They couldn’t even get the LAPD chief to say that the Nat Guard mobilization escalated the event. Nobody’s buying that narrative.

We are close to a Newsom crash out here. Let this play out a bit before saying Trump is flubbing.

Housing prices are caused by (((investment banks))) and (((retirement funds))) using them as investments. There is too much artificial demand by institutions with basically unlimited money which drives the prices up.
