Sometimes, you see two friends (women) who hang out a lot and one friend constantly posts photos of the other when she looks bad/haggard. We tell the haggard looking friend to stop hanging out with her sneaky backstabbing friend who is going out of her way to make her look bad on social media because there is some jealousy/evil intent behind that action.

I think this is pretty likely overall, (if the locker room fear thing is true, I haven't heard about that before) but I think most women would be accepting of something like that. If anything, Anisa seems like she'd be just about the LEAST accepting person.
