Honestly looking at that list I'm amazed, I thought Mexico would be a huge outlier but they're kinda in the middle, France has 1% of it's GDP being remittances, Ukraine and a bunch of Balkan states recive 8%+, Hell, India with it's almost 2 billion people has remitances as 3.4% of their GDP. I don't think that's true. A typical combat zero is something like 300m. You have to adjust your sights closer and farther from that. Nobody uses "point blank" to mean "the distance of your zero." They mean "I shot that nigga when he was right next to me"
