My current theory is that this isn't an actual Federal Court case but is actually a reality TV show which will eventually be a series titled The Lawcow Adventures of Moon and Greer. It's all run by Judge Judy's production company and they'll make a trillion dollars.

I didn't even realise there were comments. Jeff will be "JW Electrical" as referenced by 'Paige Nicole' in the hooker thread who said "The Green Lantern was a hopeful location for a brothel to reopen, however the owner sold it before the purchaser was able to get everything in order. It was purchased by JW Electrical with plans to expand their current business." This pretty much confirms "the purchaser" was Greee as well.

Edit: Just realised the Green Lantern saga was already heavily documented in this thread before my time as a Greee enthusiast so none of this is new.

Back in November, the Pahrump Valley Times posted on Facebook about the hallowed ground of the Love Ranch being demolished. Our boy had some thoughts in the comment section, naturally, including some characteristic anti-religious rhetoric...but this one in particular caught my eye.

There must be dozens and dozens of people all across Nevada who get hours and hours of their time wasted by Greer with his pretending that he has the money to buy property. Presumably, they're so desperate that they get sucked into his hare lipped schemes and by the time the thing has resolved itself, they've got to be out for hours and hours of work.

And of course, this is precisely why he doesn't want this thread to exist here. It has nothing to do with the fact that some alog once posted a link to the book he gave away for free. The more carefully his schemes are documented here in this thread, the less likely people are to be suckered into his time wasting nonsense.

Perhaps it's just me, but if I'm hiring contractors to do work for me, we draw up contracts so both parties understand what's expected from them. That way, nobody ever has to sue anybody because everyone is clear about their roles and responsibilities. Same thing is true of buying property. Like most people, I'll put down a deposit, that way both parties are subject to a binding agreement. That way, it can't be 'stolen' from me by somebody I'm hiring to do the renovation.

Of course, Russell can't do any of these things because he hasn't got a pot to piss in. So he runs around larping as a brothel magnate when in reality, he can't even afford to get him his penis sucked by a fifty dollar lot lizard.

I have to say, this ambition of Russell's, his belief that one day he'll be able to conjure a brothel empire out of thin air, purely by the force of his will alone is his most appealing characteristic. And people have successfully built empires from nothing in the past -- but they've tended to be good looking, charismatic people who inspire trust and confidence in others. They've got a can-do attitude that persuades people to buy in to their dreams. Generally though, they're not complete skinters, living in their own car and famous for stalking pop stars. Anybody who does their due diligence will drop Greee like a hot brick.

Hence this law suit.

Collecting and collating Russell's activities in the brothel building business so everything is all in the one, easily accessible document would be a really good thing to do. That way, anybody who wanted to learn about Greer's history in this regard would have access to everything in a single place. Anybody who was about to get rooked by Greee, getting sucked into one of his pointless, time wasting, energy draining schemes, could simply Google Russell Greer/Brothels and get the full story.
