Shitlibs love quoting Jefferson's private correspondence to the Danbury baptists on the First Amendment, but are suspiciously quiet about his thoughts on the Second Amendment, as well as his idea that the Constitution should be rewritten every 19 years.
Maybe Trump should take an FDR approach to the Constitution...oh wait,
he's kind of already doing that, just not in favor of the international liberal-managerial class.

It's called Article VI of the United States Constitution (Supremacy Clause). California does not get to have an immigration policy. It's bad enough that they have been allowed to game the Commerce Clause for as long as they have.
It would be funny if Newsom proposed secession just so Trump could put on his Lincoln hat, burn the coastal cities of California to the ground, and have Newsom, Bass, et al. hanged for treason.
