Trump isn't doing anything wrong, if you have a problem with Trump you have a problem with all of the law and precedent that allows him to do what he wants as President, which is all he has ever done. This is why he wasn't ever prosecuted by anyone competent, and those who have destroy themselves and that destruction has precedent.

Did you even read what you pasted? If having undocumented migrants in your state qualifies as "smuggling" or "harboring" then you can arrest the governors of all 50 states.

Trump hasn't arrested Newsom because 1) he knows it would be a disaster and 2) he knows he doesn't have shit to actually pin him on. It's a lot easier to bully some random immigrant from Maryland than it is to bully a man worth $30 million dollars, who runs the world's 4th largest economy.
