Snicker.

That was curious enough to make me look it up
You sure that applies to people who aren't elderly?
Like, some combination of age-related immune dysregulation, reduced blood-brain barrier integrity, and slower/atypical symptom reporting can lead to things like confusion or disorientation
But someone of Greee's age?
I've only ever seen dementia-like symptoms in UTIs in the elderly. I think it's a combination of having less overall ability to fight the infection and and inability to regulate sugar during infection. People absolutely go monkeyshit with UTIs though.

Greee is just a fucking retard though.

Hardin only accepts checks.

And even if he accepted other forms of payment, Greee doesn't want to do those because Kiwifarms would get his bank info.

And even if Greee was comfortable with a electronic transfer, he's just not going to do it on account of principle.

And even if it weren't against his principles, Greee's money is for business only.

My understanding is that they cancelled the scheduling conference set for 8/8 that was set in ECF 206. Basically, they realize the case will not be ready to conclude discovery by the terms of the original scheduling order

Oh, somehow I got the wrong end of the stick and assumed they were rescheduling it for 8/8.

@Jacknife -- Scheduling conference is just people getting together to agree dates. Usually done over the phone or zoom and there's no evidence given or motions heard so it doesn't rise to the status of a hearing.

Someone with whatever software can move/detect multiple images should check ECF 338 to see if Greer stacked the images again.
THIS IS THE PROOF THAT HARDIN ONLY ACCEPTED CHECKS!? WHERE THE FUCK IS IT!? I
THIS IS YOUR EVIDENCE!? I have switched to anger and hatred for Greer from disgusted pity
I thought I was going extra retarded while reading it so I checked separately but didn't find any other pictures. He just doesn't show Mr. Hardin mentioning checks.

Yeah, the August 8 scheduling conference was set way back in December at ECF 206. You'll also note that it was specifically scheduled to be handled by the District Judge and not the Magistrate:

The fact that it's now canceled, presumably at Barlow's direction, gives my shriveled, blackened "nothing ever happens" heart a faint beat of hope. 🌈

Reasonably, cost shift should go to Defendants.
This is exactly what I'm talking about! This fucking amoeba just expects to breeze through life with 0 inconvenience or cost, even when he's the one causing the fucking problem! :lossmanjack:

The Magistrate has more than enough information to recommend that this pantomime gets shut down.

Reasonably, Russtard should have his meagre income garnished for the rest of his miserable fucking existence.

That's gotta be the telegraph that Russtard Greee has hit the end of the road

Well, Hardin finally fired off the kill shot. Here is hoping it hits.

Gosh, when you put it that way, it sounds really bad! Somebody should take a look at this docket, it sounds messy.

(If only someone could explain what's going on, this seems very uncharitable and not understanding.)

By this standard, every single thing Greer has filed in the last 5 years is sanctionable.

I get the feeling Hardin has had this cite on a post-it note on his desk for months now. Every time a filing comes in, he glances at it and says "not yet... but soon..."

With even the tiniest bit of luck we're hopefully approaching the end of this segment, soon to move on to Phase 3: Blood from a Stone, also known as getting a recalcitrant vexatious litigant to pay their richly deserved sanctions as ordered by the Court.

With this motion to Come the Fuck On, Judge I hope we see the light at the end of the tunnel. This is like the fifth off ramp provided by Hardin. At this rate if nothing comes of it pretty soon Hardin will be beating Russell at his own game and say the court is bias against (un)disabled litigants with a license to practice law.
