Even his downplaying is crazy. "All they did was block a highway, is that enough to say a city isn't doing enough to police itself?" Yes, obviously yes. Everyone needs the highway to be usable. It's fundamental infrastructure.

The insane disregard for rioting is starting to really feel like 2020 again.

The ball is in Trump's court, will he cuck out or will he shut this shit down? This seems like the first real test for Trump since he's been in office again.

It truly is a mystery why there would be Anti-ICE protests in Denver, Colorado.

You're actually underestimating it, Adams County is north denver and is 40% mexican, its the norm to see entire parts of the city where people speak Spanish first until they see you're white, on par with Quebec.

if you include the metro population denver is plurality mexican and has been for a long time.

I'm an antiseminte and I've never heard anyone suggest or think that is true.
I've heard tons of people basically attribute everything to a cabal of secretive Jews. Literally everything is Jews. Guy got fat? Jews. Guy drinks too much? Jews. Guy doesn't have a job? Jews? Guy is an incel? Jews. Guy got arrested for DUI and couldn't get a CWOF? You guessed it: Jews.

Alexander the great slept with a copy of the Iliad dude.

You can say that’s “real literature” but that just means it has some sort of elite legitimacy in a given society.

And yes super heroes are absolutely modern mythology. They represent idealized archetypes and larger than life figures often representing or expressing the moral or political ideals(or negations thereof) of a given society.

Clark Kent is the American Everyman, Superman is the(post WW2) American ethos. -and Lex Luther is the archetypal envious villain that compensates by money and cunning.
Most cringe post modern take I’ve read in awhile. The Iliad isn’t good because le elites said it is and society decided,
It’s good because it’s good and elites and society liked it because it was good.

And super heroes aren’t akin to ancient mythology, that’s post modern structuralist commie garbage to say that. Ancient mythology had heart and soul, and had transcendental timeless ideals imbued in them, far more complicated then Star Wars “fascism le bad, libtard rebels LE good”

Someone unironically comparing Disney Star Wars and DC comic books to the Iliad made me a piece of me die for a minute I will admit.
