Here's something that I think is funny and interesting, it's not on the level of trans lifeline fuckery, but it's still some very odd moves with the money.
So Filipino MovieBob Clone Cory Anotado (the blob with the pink hair) and the rest of his
Buzzerblog friends did this 24 hour charity stream called Game Show Marathon where they did nothing but play their own versions of TV Game Shows for a whole day from Saturday to Sunday, and the stream had started already more than half-way towards their $10,000 goal, and throughout the stream they were supposedly randomly getting a bunch of large donations.
It took them until 9:30 AM, only a few hours before the end of the stream for them to reach their $10,000 goal, and when they did reach it, it was a specific number to reach exactly $10,000, showing that they were basically donating to themselves to reach the goal and pretending to act all surprised when they got the donations, with some choice examples of their over the top reactions that I had to clip out of that 24 hour stream to enjoy.
The charity by the way was Child's Play, some charity about making sick kids playing video games, so considering the kind of people at this event, they're obviously doing it to make themselves look better than what they actually are.
