The average age of a reddit poster is actually 37 according to leaked Metadata.

Maybe it seems like they skew younger because they're all really socially stunted and retarded.
Sorry but this place is basically right-wing Reddit where you can say nigger. To use another retarded pop culture analogy (using a kids show nevertheless!), normies like to think of this place as the Salty Splatoon while this place is more like Weenie Hut Jrs., its just that most of the rest of the internet is Super Weenie Hut Jrs.

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson on the ICE raids: "This is the US if the South won the Civil War"
This is like a strange inversion of the "Breakfast Question" fallacy where it's the person it's the person posing the counterfactual that fails to understand how counterfactuals work.
Breakfast question: Person A asks "How would you feel if you hadn't eaten breakfast this morning?" Person B cannot grasp such a hypothetical so "refutes" the asker with "But I did eat breakfast this morning".
Here, he's saying "This is the US if the South won the Civil War". But the South didn't win the Civil War, and that's a valid point! He's not posing a counterfactual, but just asserting something about reality that didn't happen. It's like feeling hungry and saying "This is me if I hadn't eaten breakfast this morning." Like, what? Ok?

The only possible conclusion to draw from his point is that the outcome of the American Civil War made absolutely no difference to the trajectory of history, which is not only obviously wrong, but kind of a massive self-own if you're on the side of the aggressor in that war.

Kennedy, Bush, Clinton, McCain. Any other notable ones, or am I only aware of the most famous? They seem like a relatively recent phenomenon in American politics but I could be (almost certainly) wrong.
Cuomo and Pelosi are other notable ones. There is one whose name I can't remember, but he was in the House until he died in office and now his widow is in his seat.
John and Debbie Dingell were who I was thinking about (and John's father was in the House seat before him).

I think Marx was a smart guy but communism is just retarded because the human doesn't work that way. Case closed.
Communism is not even Marx's brainchild or invention. Seneca discussed communism a bit in his writings, and Aristotle was among the first philosophers to criticize it on the grounds of human nature. Marx's goal was to ultimately do away with wage labor, but he didn't have great ideas on how to do so. That's why throughout his life he tried to find ways to at least reduce wage labor by supporting cooperative ownership or reducing working hours. Modern Marxists, because they're mostly not proles, have tacked on largely unnecessary cultural demands that obfuscate Marx's vision for the world. You have to understand Marx's ideas are a product of his time, and the harsh realities of the European working class, during the early onset of the industrial revolution.

Even then, the ones that understand Marx are handicapped by the fact they really do undervalue creating solutions to economic problems that require an understanding of logistics or even political realities (something that even the Bolsheviks realized and explains many of their actions). Some of the most obvious would be their solutions to climate change, immigration or even housing. Much of their beliefs are too imbued with the need for egalitarian outcomes instead of ones optimal for their circumstances.

John Adams and his son John Quincy Adams. Dynastys aren't new but they are gay and tiresome which is why they aren't on infinite loop. They are a bug, not a feature.
Political families naturally appear eventually over time. One person can build up connections their children can later use to for their own benefit. Just be happy we haven't really had a moment in time where one family in America had uninterrupted presidencies for multiple decades consecutively after the other. There has always been a father and then a president or two before the son won a national election.

Holy shit what a fucking retard. I hate these people.
The Gaspar de Portolá land expedition in 1769 resulted in the founding of Mission San Gabriel by Catholic missionary Junipero Serra in 1771. Under the mission system, the Spanish initiated an era of forced relocation and virtual enslavement of the peoples to secure their labor.

The Tongva and neighboring tribes have been here for THOUSANDS OF YEARS, ostensibly because the entire bloodline that goes from the west side of south america all the way up to Alaska were nomadic peoples. When you DNA test "hispanic" people their DNA goes back to SIBERIA.

Makes sense. Reddit is very much a millennial thing. Specifically millennials that think being snarky an is some form of intellectualism.

Whatever happened to him?
Age. He was old.

Closest was the Roosevelts. Though those two were two enterely different presidencies.

Anyone have that 4chan meme where it's a kid in school and in the first panel the karen teacher is teaching him about how he's evil repeatedly, and then the next panel is the kid is saying "I am evil" with a helmet on similar to this?
View attachment 7489049

I feel like it fits well to this situation. We're being told we're evil for supporting these deportations and such. And now I think the general reaction of the population is just saying fuck it, I guess "I am evil" then.
If I am evil, then I am a necessary evil. I am the wolf that bears its fangs against those who would intrude on my territory.
