Yeah this shit is hilarious to me. It's not just the apathetic kind, it's "I exist for the singular purpose of being evil" - evil billionaire moguls who will build a factory that exists specifically to create pollution. It's not that the pollution is a byproduct of something they're doing to make money, the pollution itself is the product. These guys will build this shit at a loss with no personal incentive just for the singular sake of making the world worse.
