It's his preemptive strike again. Bitching at the nanny likely had no relation to the bodycam footage. He was trying to harass a witness of child abuse into silence.

I never thought of it that way. Now that you say that, there's also the Dickers Dropbox scenario. ReviewTechUSA got spooked that Kino Casino were advertising a big scoop on him, so he told on himself about how he had his ex's family photos in his Dropbox and tried to spin it in the best way possible. KC later admitted that they had nothing and planned to vamp because they had no content for that night, and then suddenly had Dicker's cope stream where he admits to the contents of his Dropbox to stream about.

It's possible that Nick heard that allegations were being passed around, guessed what the big scoop was supposed to be like Dickers did, and then decided to try to smear and discredit the nanny in response without knowing exactly beyond vague rumors was being said.

The nanny and people connected to her heard about Nick's defamation of her after that, and she may have been prompted to come forward on her own.

After checking the timeline, Gabe's initial tweet about Nick as well as the initial rumor about Nick getting physical with one of his sons came on May 29 and 30, nearly two weeks after Nick started going after the nanny on May 17. It also appears that this specific rumor was new and not something circulating beforehand, as one of the streamers previously repeating rumors said they had not heard that.

This would definitely be the most hilarious explanation for what happened, Nick thinking he's outsmarting everyone failing again.

I'm going to wait until firm confirmation the 70 pages is real (and not "I heard...") before concluding they're real and substantive to any relevant topic.

What he's mad at is Claire's criticism from 2023, and her drawing much wider attention to what he said about Kayla. For those who didn't know, Thomas has been alogging Nick since the late 2010s. He declared a blood feud against him after he came on and debated EVS about comicsgate (using the term loosely, Roiloup didn't really have much of an argument and just sperged for an hour or so). He claimed Rekieta snaked him and has been running around declaring that he's been right all along. More realistically, he showed up to the party about 4 years too early.

I never thought Tommy's old arguments against Rekieta were very compelling, and I still don't see them as very compelling. So much of his beef with Nick is wrapped up in how he didn't like how his debate with EVS went on Rekieta's channel.

Meanwhile, I left his orbit in late 2020 because I didn't like the company Nick was increasingly gravitating towards. Especially his association with, and defense of, Ralph and other degenerate people in Juju's camp. My own arguments were not seen as compelling either at the time, and I caught plenty of shit for them.

Truthfully, the things that the vast majority of people are now livid at Rekieta over occurred only within the last two years. The most damning thing being the CPS shit. If we're all being completely honest here, absolutely everything else is a drop in the bucket compared to an 8 year old girl testing positive for cocaine. That was the biggest bombshell ever. For everybody. It's the single most damaging thing to him.

Gabe might have something to say about that, but I think he's gonna have to drop docs, and the 8 year old is still a tough act to follow.

Nick's referring to himself as a lawyer or his defunct LLC as any kind of law firm is misleading at best, and effectively a lie. It is, and he is, a fraud.

I have heard him start a stream fairly recently referring to himself as a lawyer, which he cannot claim at this time, and referring to his "law firm," which doesn't exist.

He has a J.D., and he can add those letters to his name. But he can't hold himself out as a lawyer (use "Esq.", call himself a lawyer or imply he is one, refer to himself as a "Minnesota lawyer," or that he owns a law firm, etc.), whether to give specific legal advice or just to imply the caché of it. And marketing himself under "Rekieta Law" and saying he's "Nick Rekieta of Rekieta Law, a law firm" is absolutely violating professional responsibility rules. He's a liar, and he is deliberately spitting in the eye of the Minnesota Bar* and the profession itself.

* Which, unlike Nick thinks, is not the Minnesota State Bar Association, which is a voluntary association and not required for practice in the state. (Nick has confused them before, because he is a dumb idiot.)

It probably just didn't feel threatened by them. Skunks are only really an issue if they feel threatened or trapped, which is a problem when you have fast moving pets with no concept of personal space, like dogs on your property, my uncle doesn't like killing them because they're mostly harmless, he used to trap them, until one of his dog got to the cage before he did & got blasted right in the face, he doesn't want it to happen again, so better just to put them down before the dogs find them.
