I think he will, like you, double post ;)

I literally think he will try to file the same damn shit IFP in federal court again maybe in Nevada, because he doesn't want to pay the appeals cost.

He cannot file the "same damn shit" again because the statute of limitations has passed. He would have to find something new to sue for.

Most likely he'll try to sue The Hardship for "stalking" and damaging his business ventures. This would be like jumping into the tiger pit in the zoo slathered in BBQ sauce. Hardin would eat him alive and expose every faucet if his slimyness to the world and I hope it happens.

Alternately he might try another pure plightsuit but he's tried this in the past and failed. As long as he was able to file IFP he had nothing to lose for trying but now that path is most likely closed to him. Or very vulnerable to opposing council if granted.

If the case is going to be dismissed then for other reasons, then the IFP fraud issue becomes moot and pursuing it would be a waste of everyone's resources.
its a moot issue with regards to the sanction of dismissal but it might be usable as an argument in support of recovering attorneys fees. russhole already admitted numerous times that the purpose of this lawsuit is to cause as much financial damage as possible to null, now hardin may have a chance to prove he even defrauded the court by pleading ifp to minimize the cost to himself to do this. it doesnt get more bad faith than that

I would like a new poll, something along the lines of "Will Greer try to motion against the sanctions?"

And maybe later a poll "Will Greer pay the sanctions?"
Barlow straight up said that he will ignore any motions regarding this so if Greer tries then Hardin might not even bother to respond. I know we are very cynical about this fucking lawsuit given everything that has happened so far but the district judge going as far as going back on his explicit word to retain the tard shield surely would be a little much even in this court.

If he now has to address 3 matters instead of 10, he can be laser focused on those rather than having to shotgun blast everything outstanding.
The way the judge rules or reasons on some matters informs Hardin how to effectively respond on the outstanding ones. It also tells him how to argue for the additional reasons for dismissal that have piled over the past month.

It's amusing to think Hardin keeps asking for time because he's letting Russ file more garbage and rack up more dismissal reasons. But he's probably perfectly happy to make his main Motion now, it would just be better if the judge had made rulings and approved more sanctions first.

Just because he paid the filing fee for this case doesn't mean he would not try to apply for IFP again with any subsequent suit he files. Vexlits love to do it, that it becomes a habit after a while.

However, if Null or Hardin are involved, they will know to immediately challenge the application that time around, and actually force the court to do their diligence for one in their lives.

I do not think Hardin will ignore Greers drivel, no matter how stupid, from what I have heard in this thread Hardin will at least object in some, maybe very small, way.

Also Barlow has said that Greers objections will not move the deadline, not that they have no effect, so technically Greer can have the sanctions voided I think.

Won't happen I think, but nothing is stopping Greer from trying

I don't believe that Mr. Hardin is stupid
Perhaps he will out of caution but I'd have to imagine that if there is any wording whatsoever that the court could possibly have used to indicate that it would be unnecessary, this would have to be it.

He's already indicated he is thinking of trying.

If Greer believes his tard shield has run out with the District judge, he'll likely rush over to his treasured 10th Appeals, without doing the necessary research first. He's got nothing to lose, and a sincere belief that they'll bail him out.

When Greer won his appeal at the 10th circuit, his case was being argued by real lawyers. It seems incomprehensible to me that Greer is sufficiently competent to file an appeal when acting for himself without immediately failing on every possible procedural, legal and technical ground.

We've seen his submissions before this court. They're all retarded.

The one thing Greer is actually competent at, the one thing he willingly puts time and effort into, is finding out how to file a complaint (formal or informal). I'm sure he can figure out the technical process to file an appeal to the 10th, just as I'm sure it will be kicked out for being utterly retarded.

Really? It always looks to me as though he just copies a template for format but gets the actual law all wrong and completely ignores all the rules of procedure.

I think we're in for a lull until the 30th. Hardin has good reason to wait until last minute to file, because Greer could potentially screw up even more. Greer will probably wait until the last minute to file his Interlocutory Appeal. The Magistrate seems to be waiting on Hardin because he wants to deal with everything at once. The District judge is a wildcard, maybe he's waiting for the sanction deadline, maybe he'll jump in and grab a random motion to rule on because he's bored, who knows.

Either way I will boldly predict Nothing Happens for the next two weeks.

You vastly overestimate Greee. He will file the exact same damn shit, the question is will the court even let it get to the docket or will it be dismissed for being a fucktard before it even leaves the clerk's desk?
I've got an 8 hour drive ahead of me today and I will be very disappointed if nothing interesting happens.
You could do worse than 8 hours of computer-read ECFs (lol)

We were somewhere around Barstow on the edge of the desert when the ECFs began to take hold. I remember saying something like "Greer's making sense."

All he has to do is make a sock account and repost the google docs link and then file a fresh DMCA, and wait to be mocked again. Its why he doesn't want to take down the google doc. This is all part of Greee's 4d paralyzed face checkers.

All the judge has said is that further submissions wouldn't change the deadline. Russ absolutely has a case, it's ridiculous that he'd be forced to pay his stalkers. I'm sure the judges agree, they just don't want to move the deadline, because they want him to show his plights NOW. This is his moment.

He's clearly been holding back with his exhibits, tell them on the docket where the kiwi farmers hurt you.

Yeah. While there might be some interesting things shaking loose on the personal side in the main Russell Greer thread, I'm in agreement that it's likely to be quiet on the legal front until the end of June.

That's not to say impossible, Greee was smacked down (if gently) by the district judge as well as the magistrate judge in them both flatly denying his plightsplaining filled motions and being told to pay his own fucking way and pay the damn sanction.

It's also ominous in how his failure to produce documentation was pretty much ignored. Almost as if it didn't matter any more because this case wasn't going to be around much longer...

Unless our Magical Star Buddy is even stupider then we think, he has to see this as a bad sign. It's entirely possible one last plightsperg motion with some utterly bizarre "hail Mary" play in it will be filed, but not very likely. Possible tho.
