I wonder if this wouldn't actually be beneficial for them long-term. These oil-dependent nations a fucked in terms of energy and whilst Saudi Arabia is doing fine — they only consume about a quarter of their own oil when it comes to energy production — neighbours like Kuwait utilise about half their total oil output in energy production and it increases yearly. The Saudis have been planning to create a nuclear powerplant since at least 2013, and they reaffirmed those plans in 2023. Right now fears over using their domestic uranium supplies for nuclear weapons is a concern that'll impede them, probably one of the reasons why they've been trying to drift away from Wahhabism. They have to not be openly insane with their religion to get the global "okay" on nuclear shit. The only reason Iran has a nuclear powerplant — Bushehr — is because the Russians built it for them.

i legit don't know how to interpret this other than he's going to give them amnesty. an "Order" implies something more than just a policy to go after gang members first and remember, there are no peaceful or law abiding Illegals. Each teacher must be highly qualified in the area they are teaching. This means they must know the methodology of HOW to teach someone who does not speak English.
Often times this is handled through some low level aide who simply sits with the kid (if the kid is lucky).

From what I've heard from people in that area, there was only a few hundred protestors and the protest itself sounds like it was a huge nothing burger so much so that when I told a friend in that area to stay safe, it was thought I was talking about a recent flood there.
