Azerbaijan is definitely on Israel's side in any conflict with Iran, they do tons of business with each other and the Israelis sold the Azeris 70% of the weapons they would use to reconquer Nagorno-Karabakh (and ethnically cleanse the Armenians there). (Archive) Also, Azerbaijan has a historical claim on NW Iran and they've demonstrated how seriously they take historical claims already in N-K; the Soviets even tried to take it on their behalf right after WW2.
It's in case of an Israeli-Turkish conflict that Azerbaijan's allegiance would be a lot more up-in-the-air with a strong chance of going anti-Israeli, as their political scene is dominated by pan-Turkic ultranationalists, but for any round with Iran it'd be safe to assume that Azerbaijan is firmly in the Israeli column.
