If Israel had the ability to put boots on the ground in Iran they might pull shit, but remember for the Israelis they claim just the area of Israel + golan + gaza+ west bank and MAYBE MAYBE parts of southern Lebanon parts of the east bank of the jordan and the Sini, but realistically its just Israel + golan + gaza+ west bank. Everything else Israel doesn't care about. Also when they do get control of religious sites they do maintain them. Its the Palestinians that destroy them to hide evidence that Jews were there first or to build tunnels/weapon depots under them. Also Israel is beyond done with the Palestiniains (and Hebollah), Iran and the others aren't a big deal. Don't worry unless the IRGC was putting nuke sites under heritage sites I doubt Israel will just blow it up.

If Iran wanted to bloody Israel's nose they would fire a bunch of radioactive waste at cities and not regular bombs at air bases again. They're way too cucked to do that though.
