As I have said before, it isn't my info. I get emailed, drawn in or whatever. To the extent any of it was serious I have reported it immediately to whatever authorities, not talked about it online. I have specifically denounced drip drip drip and so on. But it is a matter of simple fact at this point that Rekieta himself has confessed to violence against his family, such as his pathetic chokeslam story. That is a matter of public record. So what is Aaron's best defense to this?

This would be a lawsuit from Kayla towards Aaron (orchestrated by Nick) where Aaron has already confessed to sharing the nude. He can't do a counter suit to Nick in the same lawsuit. Nick thinks he can get this all sealed away from prying eyes.

Aaron's best defense is to contest the damages and to bring in as many details of all their personal interactions as he can into the case. They also also need to make it clear that only two people ever saw the photo of Kayla. That in terms of an act of revenge porn, the whole thing was incredibly minor. That its worth something, but nothing big.

The more the case becomes about degenerate swingers suing after they broke up and trying to make something incredibly minor into some sort of life ruination moment for Kayla, I think the less a jury will care about any of this.

The facts of the revenge porn are established by Aaron's guilty plea. But there is a whole lot of really embarrassing discovery that could still happen in a case like this. Everyone is going to be deposed and whole lot of stuff about all their private lives is going to be public information.

And for what its worth, Nick is a real monster for pushing his wife into a lawsuit which is going to involve considerable humiliation of her and the potential airing of a ton of dirty laundry in all their lives that will end up in the hands of the public.
