Subtweeting is usually alluding to or outright mentioning someone in a tweet without tagging them, basically the post tagging that artist but not mentioning anyone he got commissions with.

And to add on to this, it's generally considered a cowardly thing to do. As in, you want to respond to someone in front of your own echo-chamber, while minimalizing the chances that the said person notices your response and is able to counter it.

As far as I have been able to tell, Strype might have also been kicked out of the property he was living with Kraken in. This is due to his twitter account (before he left) changing his location to London, Ontario (a fair drive from toronto) and being well away from the address listed in OP. meanwhile Dave Sr has still talked about doing stuff in the Toronto area. This move happened before the end of 2024, so my guess is that this precipitated a breakup of sorts.

Just found this thread these people are genuinely horrifying. It's weird how we get shut down constantly on the site, but these people could openly operate on discord with literally zero consequences I love clown world.

The American flag one is harder (zoomed-in image below for reference). Reverse image search throws up a bunch of Fallout-related American flag patches, or historical military/reenactment or specific corps of the military patches, none of them identical matches. Further search throws up this Warhammer American flag concept, and a veillology subreddit's flag for "Socialist America". I'm on the fence about whether it's a nerd thing (i.e. Warhammer, Fallout, something similar), or a communism larp thing (i.e. some kind of combined socialism-cog-and-also-Israel flag, or maybe even a Korps specific thing). Based on the fact that the stuff around the central star looks sort of like this antifa badge, I'm guessing it's some kind of antifa socialist anti-antisemitism/Jewish (or maybe just socialist, they also seem to use stars) sort of thing, but fuck if I can find it.

Beast of the image looks like they're just generally stealing stuff from other socialist countries, flag design. A lot of socialists take existing country flags and add that motif. I also think the Communist Party USA used to use something along those lines.

Are there way's to greive? Certainly, but I do not think writing your mother into tranny death cult fiction is how she wishes to be remembered.
